The helicopter completed a mission flight by autonomously navigating a circuit of 5 km, accurately reaching all 20 waypoints along the way, before proceeding to a payload drop at a prescribed position. In doing so, the helicopter flew with 4 kg of payload, making it the vehicle with the most payload mass carried at the competition. See the payload drop in the video below or click for full mission flight.

The judges were impressed with the build of the helicopter, as well as its storage, and hence awarded the team the Operational Supportability award. This effectively means that the helicopter is built to such a standard that when shipped to a potential customer, its operation and maintenance is very convenient and user friendly.
